Does DeployQuant hold my money?

No. DeployQuant never custodies funds. Your cash and shares stay in your own brokerage account — in your name, at your broker (Webull, Charles Schwab, or Alpaca). The platform connects with trade and read permissions only: it sends the orders your strategies decide and reads back fills and balances. It cannot withdraw, and you can disconnect the broker at any time. This is the bring-your-own-broker model: you're trusting software to place trades in your account, which is a much smaller trust than handing a company your money. Paper trading requires no broker connection at all.

Backtests are hypothetical, computed by DeployQuant's engine on minute-resolution consolidated US market data (2021-01-04 to 2026-07-17, $10,000 starting capital, no margin, fees and slippage not modeled) and do not guarantee future results. Nothing on this page is investment advice. Live trading involves risk of loss.
